In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bac77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity or wager is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bac77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to accounts that remain inactive after a thirty (30) day prior written notice period. Account balances cannot fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods and ৳500 for bank transfers. 5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and three (3) to five (5) business days for bank transfers. 5.3 Currency and Conversion

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

bac77 reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional documentation, a brief processing hold of up to 72 hours, or verification via the contact mobile number registered to the account. These measures are in place to protect the security of all Players and to prevent fraudulent withdrawal activity.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports betting markets on bac77, including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the specific market rules published within each event's betting interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the market-specific rules displayed at the point of wager placement, the market-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Void Bets

Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bac77 account in any form.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment methods that do not belong to you, using stolen or compromised payment credentials, or initiating chargebacks after funds have been used for wagering.

• Match fixing and insider information: Placing wagers based on non-public insider information or any arrangement intended to fix the outcome of a sporting event.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bac77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits bac77's liability for death or personal injury caused by bac77's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, bac77's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Amendments

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

12.2 Termination by bac77

bac77 may suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; regulatory or legal requirement; or where continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the security or integrity of the bac77 platform. Upon termination for cause, bac77 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published exclusively in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall carry no legal weight in the event of a discrepancy.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
